I ask for my ticket back and he refuses and won't even let me take a picture of it! I ask to see the footage where I redeemed it and they also refuse that. They refused to give me my money back or even show me the cameras to show me that I redeemed it. The manager was very rude and tells me that he will not hear any more! argue that did not cash that ticket, to no avail. He leaves and comes back another 20 minutes later and tells me that it has been redeemed after all! tell me that I will not be getting my money. I ask how it is possible that it was redeemed if I have the ticket in my hand!! They call in the big guys and they do an investigation and after and HOUR of standing by the window, the manager on duty and another young man(Jonathon) both tell me that they cannot find where it was redeemed and the manager says he will cancel it and give me my money.
I had spilled a drink on it and it was sticky, so no machine would take it. I went to the casino cage to cash in a ticket for $300.00 and they tell me it has already been redeemed! I assure them it has not.
